The ISA Essay Competition is the annual opportunity for pupils at ISA Members’ Schools to allow their writing skills to shine. Wordsmiths are invited to submit entries for a range of competition prizes aimed at age groups from Year 5 through to Sixth Form.
We are so incredibly proud to announce that IH (Year 6) was the Horsey Essay Winner 2020.
This is what ISA’s National Arts Officer had to say:
"First of all, we would like to congratulate all the pupils who took part in the competition this year. The very unusual circumstances made the competition very challenging, and yet every participant showed resilience and created brilliant essays. Well done to all of you and thanks to the parents and teachers for their support. Congratulations to the winners, Forest Preparatory school, Myddelton College Preparatory School, Red House School, Lyonsdown School, St James Senior Girls’ School, Chase Grammar School, Scarisbrick Hall School, Mount Kelly School, Westonbirt School, The Gregg School, Wetherby Senior School and Cardiff Sixth Form College.’’
