Forest Prep

Our Foresters join us at Nursery and then stay with us until completion of Year 6, when they leave to go onto their chosen secondary school.

Entry to the Nursery is for children who are aged 2 on the 31st August, they will be turning 3 throughout the school year. We are now enrolling for our Nursery intake September 2025. Interested families may request a prospectus by completing our online form.

Round Nursery

The Forest journey begins in our Nursery, where children join the Forest family from the age of 2. In September 2022, we made significant investments in the Nursery, relocating it to a newly refurbished, standalone building within the beautiful school grounds and began opening all year round (48 weeks of the year).

Our Nursery class is for children aged 2 who turn 3 during the academic year.

Parents at Forest Preparatory School are very fortunate with the extensive choice of highly respected secondary schools available in the area and we aim to help them choose the right school for their child.

Our curriculum goes beyond the demands of the National Curriculum; it is personally structured and, in the later years, there is a clear focus placed on the requirements of the Independent and State Grammar Schools entrance examinations at 11+.
