Year 5 Exceed Expectations during Algebra Week

Year 5 Exceed Expectations during Algebra Week

Over the past couple of weeks, our Year 5 children have been delving into the future in Mathematics as they embarked on a week-long series of Year 7 level algebra lessons.

Pupils discussed the different concepts and rules, and even worked from a Year 7 textbook! The children exceeded all their perceived learning capabilities and their full learning potential was proven with excellent results all around.

Mr Booth and Mrs Johal were very impressed with the enthusiasm and eagerness from the whole class, another prime example of them following their class motto of, “Work Hard, Play Hard!”
