Kicks Dance is all about having fun, getting fit and enjoying a range of dance styles in a safe, friendly environment. At Kicks, dance is about experiencing the joy of music and movement - we don't focus on technique but instead encourage children to simply have a go and express themselves! We believe that dance should be inclusive and accessible for all children - our classes aim to show that dance is not only fantastic for promoting physical well-being, it’s also a great way to boost children’s self-confidence and support their mental health.
