Throughout the year, Mrs Eyley always plans some exciting activities for the children, to link in with a variety of topics within the curriculum. A highlight in the Year 3 calendar is always the Egyptian learning experience. Last week saw the children participate in themed craft activities in the morning, followed by a trip to Bolton Museum for a workshop (part of which took place in a replica tomb!)
In addition, the children have been investigating patterns by creating a polystyrene block print in art and designing and making their own sandwiches to serve to Upper School as part of their DT topic.
